About Sitter:
Hi! I’m Peter – a 40-year-old Tasmanian local with a calm, trustworthy nature and a deep respect for other people’s homes and pets. I work during the day in Acton Park and am currently looking for peaceful, short-to-medium term stays around the Southern Tasmanian region.
I absolutely love animals and have experience caring for both dogs and cats – including older pets who need a little extra love and attention. I’m especially fond of quiet time with animals who enjoy human company. I also have a gentle and confident approach with shy or nervous pets.
I’m a clean, tidy and practical person who takes house sitting responsibilities seriously. I'm more than happy to do lawn mowing, light gardening, watering plants (indoor and outdoor), taking out bins, sweeping, and general upkeep around your home. I’ll care for your home as if it were my own.
Why I’m House Sitting:
I'm currently seeking flexible temporary accommodation while working in the area and enjoy the variety and calm that house sitting brings. It's a great way for me to meet wonderful pets and enjoy different parts of our beautiful state, while providing peace of mind to homeowners heading away.
