Hello Tassie House Owners!
I am happily ensconced in Canberra and have been living and working here for 30 years or so. My daughter lives in Hobart and I want to have time with her so I'm looking to house-sit until the end of August or mid-September 2025, even if it's a couple of jobs lined up. I don't have pets now although I've had many in the past, either rabbits, kittens, and a bird (children's pets). Happy to look after farm animals although I don't know how close you would be to Hobart. Looking forward to the exercise of taking your dog/s for a walk or walks. Generally, I'm an alternative type of person, classical homeopathic patient for many years, looking at straw-bale and stone house-building. Dressmaking/handwork and reading (and walking/nature) are probably my favourite hobbies ... Okay, I have just bashed this out to get something onto the page (on 4 June '25). Very happy to 'finesse' for the discerning house owner. My main criterion is that your home is clean and smells good and is warm. Terrific, thank you - happy to discuss any further details on the phone ...
