About Sitter:
We are retired, healthy, fit, non-smoking, energetic, tidy, respectful, responsible, caring, thoughtful, capable, reliable, trustworthy, honest, considerate, animal-loving, experienced, mid-sixty year olds. We both enjoy a good bottle of wine to share. Steve has worked on family sugarcane farms and cattle stations where he operated many different types of machinery. He also has a broad knowledge of animal husbandry. Steve has spent many years in the maritime industry and he was the Tugmaster for Port Bundaberg for 17 years. Elizabeth was a Primary School Teacher for 35 years. We have a real passion for Tasmanian lifestyle. We have rented homes for long-term periods in Hobart from private families and a real estate agent in the past. References can be provided. We love the outdoors and Elizabeth has done many solo walks including the Overland Track and the South Coast Track. We have been visiting Tasmania annually since 2007 and look forward to our future annual visits. We do not have any pets of our own but we have had many family pets in the past, including dogs, cats, birds, and horses. We would be privileged and honoured if you chose us to take care of your home with or without pets….preferably with pets! Thank you.
