About Sitter:
I'm a 58 year old retired academic / full time artist who enjoys walking, mountain bike riding and being on the water. For me getting to know the nooks and crannies of Tasmania is part of the appeal of house sitting. I get on well with most animals, I particularly like walking with dogs to accompany me on my daily stroll, but I'm also happy to serve cats and wrangle chickens. At home I'm a chronic maker, but house sitting gives me the opportunity to read, have some space for my thoughts and design stuff on my computer. I don't have a green thumb, but neither is it black, and can certainly follow watering instructions.
