Hello, my place is a sunny two bedroom unit, with great views of kunanyi (Mt Wellington) and the sunset from the living room. The garden is private and low maintenance during the winter, though your welcome to add more to the vege patch. The blueberries, other potted plants and the garden will need a little tlc, but won't take much of your time.
5 minutes drive from the cbd and waterfront or MONA, there are also bus stops 2 and 5 minutes walk away and a cycle path to town 10 minutes ride away (plus a bike in the shed). 15 minutes drive to the mountain and great walking tracks or 15 minutes the other way to the lovely 7 mile beach. With great neighbours you will feel welcome to the neighbourhood and have your privacy too.
Heating is by heat pump, plus there is ceiling and underfloor insulation to help keep you warm. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other a double. Open to your preference which one you use and which one I will leave stuff in. The bathroom, kitchen and flooring has just been updated.
