About Owner:
Our sunny & comfortable 3 bed home with modern kitchen & bathrooms is located in a quiet area 3 km from Richmond township, with cafes, galleries and wineries just a short bike ride away. Our one pet at the moment is a 15 year old very chill Burmese cat called Ted. He loves a warm lap, a head scratch and people in general. He is pretty low maintenance with just feeding in the morning. He is an outside toileter and uses a cat door. There are a few indoor plants to water too. Apart from that, the place is yours to enjoy - with a large sunny deck, garden and plenty of paddocks / bush to explore. The house has a wood heater and loads of firewood supplied. Enjoy fresh rainwater! Lovely views of countryside, birds & wildlife for company. We have fantastic neighbours who would be more than willing to help out if needed. Start and finish date flexible +/- 1 week.
