About Owner:
Our spacious open-plan house has large picture windows with double glazing to view over the beautiful ,sunny 7 acres in the West Tamar wine region of Northern TAS. We have river, vineyard and paddock views. Our 2 x 2.5 year old Labrador boys will welcome you with much love. The labs will need walks around the local country roads at times. The property has a healthy veggie garden with crops planted for picking. Little maintenance, other than mowing and light duties watering of gardens ( as needed .) There is a spa, sauna and gym too. You'll stay warm with a fire place and air-pumps when needed. We know you will relax and enjoy our home and our "boys" will keep you company.
