About Owner:
We are looking for someone to just live in our home basically. Maybe if the lawn grows a bit it might need mowing, growth through Tasmanian winters is usually fairly slow. We have a fantastic water from location with views of the hills and farms beyond the river. There is an airstrip opposite our house so we are sometimes gifted an aerobatics show. Vessels and small craft travel the river, not lots but usually something every day. It is a tranquil place to live with kind neighbours on either side and across the road.
