Best view South of Hobart looking across the Derwent from the balcony. 5 minute drive from Kingston CBD, right on Roslyn Avenue with public transport right outside the house. All house appliances. My house is modern with 6star efficiency and the most AMAZING water views! Mesmerising and awe inspiring!
I have a 14yo girl cat, Ting-Tong, a gentle, perfect, elderly cat. A cute boy kitten, Bobby, who is 2 1/2. They are fed 2x a day, and are both 100% indoors/balcony.
I also have a beautiful 12yo female labradoodle, Lottie, who loves attention. We enjoy a daily walk and trips in the vehicle. We live near Kingston Dog Beach. All 3 are wonderful company. Very affectionate! Lottie is taken out to the toilet when necessary.
The pets are used to me being around the house most of the time.
