About Owner:
Cosy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, single level home in Lenah Valley with off street parking.
You will be looking after my 10 year old Ragdoll Cat, Remy. He goes in and out as he likes through his cat door, but needs to be fed twice a day, and enjoys some cuddles on the couch.
WiFi, Netflix, Gas heating. Older style home but very neat and livable.
Convenient location, 400m / 3 minute walk to the strip of Lenah Valley shops (Whisk & Co, Salamanca Fresh, Post Office, Banjos) and near a public transport route.
20 minute walk to North Hobart.
All I ask is that you look after Remy and my home, keep the house neat & tidy, water my indoor plants once a week & the veggie garden outside.
I have an infrared sauna in the garage to use if that’s your thing!
