About Owner:
Located on an elevated 5 acre block, our home has a beautiful north-easterly view over the River Derwent. We have 3 lovely dogs - 2 Labs and 1 Retriever - who love attention and roaming around our fully fenced property. We have a gym, swim-spa and plenty of parking (for caravans too!). Very little maintenance is required, just keeping our fluffy kids happy and fed.
