We have three male (triplets) moggies 3 1/2 year old who love to cuddle as well as sleep and sleep, and have their own large room. They need to be fed and their litters cleaned daily. We have a small garden which will only really need some watering, and weeding if you are inclined. Mowing done by contractor( paid by us).Our house is a relatively modern house of medium size , with all the appliances , heat pumps , fast NBN, smart TVs with Netflix, Foxtel. Prime and Stan, plus the Aussie others. We are on the high side of the street overlooking the Mersey where you can watch the Spirit and other vessels come in and out. We are in an older quiet area, with wonderful neighbors. There is a slightly sloping drive to park an RV or caravan with easy power hookup if necessary. We have a race car simulator with Forza and Assetto Corsa and a Japanese weaving machine , as well as a very good library. You may think that you have gone to heaven.
