Hello, I am Kimberly and I am a conscientious, non-smoking, garden-loving health professional who has just relocated all the way from Perth, WA. I have had a number of previous positive experiences over the last 3 years with renting and house-sharing homes of various size land and gardens and understand the dedication and commitment required to look after properties.
I am in my mid-twenties and a serendipitous opportunity to train into sonography here in Hobart has motivated my move to Tassie and I intend to make this beautiful city my new home. I believe the best way to get to know a new town would be to meet the locals, find ways to contribute within the community (such as house-sitting) and joining a team sport. I was previously a volunteer paramedic officer back in Albany and Perth, and an active soccer player because I love the strong team work embodied within these activities.
I am more than happy to keep owners informed with regular email and photo updates, provide police background checks and character references, and am very responsive to any inquires you may have.
