About Owner:
Our home is a country cabin with views and a creek on 5 arces. Located 30 mins from Hobart and 15 mins from Huonville. We have 2 dogs. Dave is an old Chocolate Labrador and Paris is a 3 year old French Bulldog. Both dogs are quiet and friendly and need little care. There are chickens and 2 sheep on the property. The sheep need hay once in a while but that's all. The chickens are in coops and a fed and watered each day. The house water is from rain water tanks. The hot water and stove hob are gas.
The main duties include the check in of our small Airbnb cabin on the property. This will need a routine clean and bedding change. In winter this is very quiet and we expect only a few bookings over the 3 months we are away but would like to keep the place open.
Wood for the fire is provided as a preferrence and there is reverse cycle air conditioner if needed.
