About Owner:
Our 3 bedroom house is on 3 acres with paddocks, large garden, and an enclosed vegetable garden including prolific raspberry patch. Rural position but only 5 minutes to Kingston and 18 minutes to Hobart.
We have a number of animals:
*Two very friendly Golden Retrievers (mother and son) who are very used to having people around most of the time. Mum (7) is on daily medication for incontinence (under control with the medicine), and son (4) has dysplasia which does not affect him day-to-day, but has anti-inflammatories if required.
*Two miniature ponies who require paddock rotations every week, along with daily feeding and watering.
*Five chooks who require daily feeding and egg collecting.
Lots of space, and quiet neighbours.
