About Owner:
My wife and I are becoming Grey Nomads May-July 2020. Our plan is to travel north to Cape York.
We are looking for someone to house sit for us at our Claremont house.
Our house sits on a hill with a beautiful view down the Derwent River.
There will be no need for any maintenance as we will schedule a gardener to make sure the outside is kept in good order.
There is NBN connected for WIFI and the TV has Internet access including Netflix.
We have a Golden Retriever (Sasha) who is 14, very friendly, loves a cuddle and a walk. A cat (Freckles) 13, who is very independent and loves her own company. Freckles is an inside cat. A budgie (Boris) who is very chatty.
Our expectation is that the house sitter/s treats our home as if it was their own home.
